“The caregivers possess all the love, experience and intuition of a grandma, combined with the talent and energy of a freshly-graduated teacher. Our children couldn’t be happier or better prepared, thanks to focused staff and directors that made sure to involve us as part of the VB family. Thank you for all you do for our children and helping to keep our family running smoothly! Regardless of the need for childcare as a means to allow you to meet the demands of a career, this is a great experience for your children. It certainly does take a village to raise a child, and we are so proud and thankful to have Village Babies helping our children become happy, conscientious Global Villagers themselves. We truly appreciate the opportunity for the children to be exposed to, and immersed in, so many of the cultures and languages that are present in our community.”

“I believe my son Jack was Village Babies’ first customer (after Dana’s own Jaelen of course!). Three-and-a-half years later, he’s a Spanish-speaking, counting, adding, almost-reading boy with an excellent vocabulary and gracious manners (most of the time!). None of this would have happened without Village Babies. Their professionalism, dedication to early childhood development, and sensitivity to our “new parent” needs are exemplary. The entire staff is caring, attentive, and proactive. I cannot recommend this Childhood Development Program (much more than a “Day Care”) enough.”

“Being a first time parent of a 3 year old, I constantly wonder if I am making the right choices for our child. When it comes to Village Babies, the answer is an unequivocal YES!

At the core of V.B. is the staff. Not just employees, but part of a bigger family. Each teacher is committed to the children, and obviously love what they do, and it truly shows through in how they engage the kids at an individual level. They provide a plethora of situations that challenge and push the kids to new levels. After only a few weeks of us arriving at V.B., we saw a marked improvement in social and cognitive interactions. So much so, that after a short time, our child was advanced to a more appropriate class for her skill-set. The point being, V.B. pays attention to the child and their abilities, and bases the appropriate placement and developmental path on social and cognitive skills, not just shuffling the child into a class based solely on their age group.

Additionally, they have a structured curriculum that assures the children will be exposed to all the requirements that will be expected of them in the future, and an active engagement between the staff and parents to provide positive reinforcement strategies at home, as well as detailed reporting that outlines your child’s progress, shortcomings, and general activities and engagement for the week. If all you need for your child is a daycare facility, you can go anywhere. If you want to provide your child with an enriching environment, full of stimulation and the opportunity to develop and grow, then Village Babies is the clear choice. The only problem you’ll have is trying to get your child to leave at the end of the day, I know we do.”

“As a veteran of three different daycare facilities for my less than 3-year old daughter, I consider myself somewhat of an expert on the subject of what to expect and hope for from the daycare experience.  My daughter has been at a facility that eventually came to feel too large and chaotic, and one that ultimately proved to be too small yet still impersonal, and now finally at Village Babies we have found a center that is just right.  Such has been our Goldilocks ride.  The staff at Village Babies without exception is top notch, well-educated along with being inviting and nurturing.  The transition to a new school went far smoother than anticipated on account of their welcoming attitude.  A feeling of inclusiveness was experienced from the get-go when my wife and I attended a meeting and saw how much the school encourages feedback and suggestions from parents rather than viewing us strictly as paying customers.  Village Babies has also shown a willingness and ability to structure an environment based on the particular needs of a child rather than operating on the premise that every single 2-year old is at the exact same stage of physical/emotional/intellectual development.  It has been a real pleasure to have my daughter enrolled at Village Babies over the past several months and I look forward to the experience growing richer by the day for her.”
